document.write("Ive been doing the safe parts of this for 35 years : Accelerate gently (find the good spot on the carburettor about 3/4 on the first barrel), only floor the accelerator when necessary like open road overtaking and feeding onto a freeway, stay around the speed limit (or below the speed limit if you have time and no-one is behind you), anticipate your stopping and slow down with minimal brakes, etc.  It is all about intelligent driving.  But dont do dangerous things like switching off the engine or neutral gears or holding up the traffic flow.. Richard");
