You can log onto www.credithealth.co.za and request one online. It will cost around R70. The benefit of doing it through Credit Health is that they will give you a consolidated report of both of the credit bureaus (Transunion ITC and Experian) and provide an easy to understand explanation of the information.

This will allow you to get to the bottom of creditors claims made against you, after which you will need to get your name cleared at the credit bureau — something Credit Health will also be able to assist you with.
